WRECKED CYRENA.
THE COURT'S FINDING. Per Press Association. W ANGANUI, Juno 24. In connect ion with the stranding of the (Arena, tho Court’s finding given this morning after a protracted sitting u as a complete exoneration of Captain Patterson and his officers, and also of Captain M’lntyro, 11 1 0 harbour master and the harbour officials. Tho Court held that the accident was due to a narrow bank caused by a submerged log. which was doomed to ho “an ad of God.’’ The Court intimated that the decision was unanimous. Costs were awarded to tho master of the Cyrcna and tho pilot.
