HOW N.S.W. FARMERS BEAT THE FLOODS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received June 21, 10.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 21. The flood waters in Richmond arc gradually receding. Farmers, who removed their cows to high land, erected temporary bails and, after milking the cows, forwarded the milk over miles of flooded country by motor launch to the factory at Windsor. The worst now appears to he past, but it will be several days before communication by road is restored.
