HONOLULU, June 22. j With ail preparations completed and the fleet awaiting the final word for j departure for Australia, Admiral Coontz informed the Australian Press Association that here was now little likelihood of any further changes in the plans. There had been an earlier report that the proposal to send a light cruiser squadron to Hobart had been cancelled. owing to the inability of the vessels to make the trip and rejoin the detachment for the visit to Wellington within the time available, but Admiral Coontz denied the report and declared that the trip to Hobart would be made. The Admiral expressed satisfaction that he had been able finally to j arrange, upon the request of the Gov- i ernor-General ot New Zealand, for Do- j stroper Squadrons No. 11 and No. 12 I to visit Dunedin and Lyttelton.
