SHUNTER’S DEATH.
“ DANGEROUS WORKING CONDITIONS.” Ter Press Association. DUNEDIN, Juno 22. At the inquest on Frederick A .J. Benell, a shuter, who was killed at Burnside, tho Coroner, Mr Bartholocommented that the accident was due to an. unfortunate combination cf circumstances. The points, lie said, wore wrongly set and there was practically no lighting in the yard. The conditions of v;ork were more dangerous than they should hav e been. Ho was glad to learn that proper lighting was .now being provided.
