M.P.. delivered an address at the Trades Hall last evening dealing with the coming elections and with special reference to the Labour Party’s prospects in the coun- ! try constituencies. Land values at the present time stood at £330.000,000 and mortgages at £258,000.000 or 78 per cent of the total.
