WATERSIDE DISPUTES.

Per Press Association. WELLINGTON’, June 20. The Arbitration Court reserved its decision in the Wellington Waterside dispute as to whether Harbour Board men, receiving cargo from a hatch in which inflammable oils arc stored, but are not being worked, or from one from which one gang is discharging such oils, arc entitled to the oil rate of pay, under the watersiders’ award and under decision 33 of the National Disputes* Committee. The Court also- reserved its decision in the Lyttelton dispute as to whether the men were entitled to the extra rate of pay for trimming coal discharged from the Waikawa by the transporter grab, irrespective of whether they were working in the hold where the transporter was at work or not.
