They especially criticise France’s claim to arbitrate in tho event of conflict between Germany and Poland. The unconditional entry of Germany into tho League of Nations is strongly objeeted to. as it is stated that it. is impossible lnr Germany to give tho Leaguethe right to send troops across Germany against another nation. "Hie Catholic organ, •• Germania ” expresses the opinion that Germany and Franco will agree to the principle •• \ orwaerts ” considers the French reply has advanced the discussion. Herr Stresemanu’s organ •* l>iozct ” sees in the reply a possibilitv of negotiations wth France.
