MONEY NOW GOES TO WIFE.
ORDER BY CHIEF JUSTICE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 19. Under a will the sum of £2OO was left to re-organise the church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saint?. The Chief Justice has now ordered that this sum shall bo given to Florence AT. Alary Smith, widow of tlio testator, for maintenance. The testator and his wife had been living apart before he died ni 1924. She supported herself until she met with an accident, and was now in poor health. In addition to the £2OO mentioned, his Honor ordered £IOO to bo paid to the widow. This, with costs, will be taken from a. gift of £983 made by the testator to bis children before did.
