Last year’s amendment had to await the Iloyal assent, which was only recently received, and the proclamation bringing the Act into operation was gazetted on the fourth instant Regulations under the Act have already been drafted, and arc now being discussed with the interested parties, in accordance with a. promise given when the legislation was under consideration.
