Painleve announced that the Pranco-Span-ish agreement for co-operation in Morocco against the Kills bad been ratified, and would operate immediately. FRANCO-SPANISH CO-OPERATION. Jteutur's Tel«sratns. PARIS, June 10. The entire front of the Wezzan sector in Morocco has been consolidated following .a series of skirmishes in which the French were victorious. M. Painleve told the Cabinet that Frar.co-Spanish co-operation already had begun under the provisional agreement by which the warships of the two Powers would watch the entire Moroccan coast.
