THE LEAGUE GAME.

A meeting of the Executive Committee was held last evening. Air T. Kirton presiding over a. full* attendance. The chairman referred to the death of Air AV. Cox, of the Hornby Club, and those present stood in silence as a tribute to the deceased. The secretary of the Now Zealand Council wrote stating lhat the AV T est Coast Centre had wired the council stating that the West Coast Centre would arrange their annual match with the local centre in lieu of the Otago-We«t roast combined match, and the council had agreed to the suggestion. It was decided Iu write lo the West Coast Centro advising them of the statement of the council and inquiring why the Coast Centre had not advised the local centre of their suggested change; also lo forward their reason for tho change. Air T. Kirton tendered his resignation as the. centre delegate to the board. Tt was decided that the resignation be accepted arid Mr J. Kettle was appointed to the vacancy. The Alarists Cub wrote making an application for the transfer of J. O'Malley from the 15 team to the A team senior grade. It was decided to grant the application. Registrations were granted to the Addington Club, seven members: Linwood Club, six members; Woolston Club, live members; Waimairi Club, three members. The Linwood Club wrote stating that Mr A. Leo had resigned his position as ill*; club's delegate to the executive, and that Mr J. Chick had been elected to the vacancy. Air A.
