Sydney “ Sun ” Cable. (Received June 18, 11.2.5 a.m.) OTTAWA. June 17. Air Tom Moore, president of the Labour Congress of Canada, declined to entertain a proposal by the striking miners at Cape Breton to inaugurate a general strike throughout Eastern Canada.
