The Duchess of Westminster was granted a divorce on the grounds of he Duka’s misconduct with a married woman at Monte Carlo. The case was removed from the spe■ial jury list and was heard as an unefended . vjt. The Dur hess gave evidence that while staying aboard a yacht at Monte Carlo the Duke angrily declined to cease his associations with the woman, and asserted that he would live as he liked. lie admitted living with severa! women.
