Pola Negri, who arrived on Friday -night by the Berengaria, will be detained by the Customs officers after she disembarks, on a charge of failure to declare three pieces of jewellery, valued ■ at 300.000 francs. It is learned that she will also be charged with attempting to smuggle sixteen bottles of . liquor.
