The report of the Police Commission lias been presented to the Government. but, has not been made available for publication. It is learned, however, that the reinstatement of the strikers is not likely to bo recommended. and that the Commission considered that the men had entirely been i in the wrong when they mutinied. * The report is expected to state that j (be Force before the mutiny was ef- i fieient and that the action of the Chief i Police < onnnissioner in dismissing the men will be criticised.
