Pegg, a resident of Sydney but formerly of Christchurch, has proved his title to an estate in England valued at £BO,OOO He will sail shortly for New Zealand en route to England. Air E. J. Pegg was for some years manager n f the Grand Picture Theatre and very well known in the city. About two years ago he- vent, to reside in Sydney.
