DEAL IN HOTEL PROPERTY.
THE DOMINION SOLD. ft was reported yesterday that the Dominion Hotel, situated in Gloucester Street, had been sold to Mr Card, of Wellington, the price being in the vicinity of 121.500. The sale was effected through Mr H. G. Coburn. It is understood that several of the city hotels are on the market, and that further sales are probable in the course of a day or two.
