ASHBURTON CLUB. The finals of the Ashburton Golf Club's championship were played on Saturday in excellent weather. In the men’s senior division H. A. Boddingrton played faultless golf and Pigou was decidedly below his usual l'orm. In the junior men's H. F. Gilmore beat A. Bus he 11 on the last green. The. ladies’ senior was won by Mrs F. F. Xicoll, the holder, who beat Mrs H. L. Seidon 10 up and 8. In the iadies’ junior Miss Boddington beat Miss Bonnlngton 3 up and 1.
