OBITUARY.
Jiy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney “ Sun " Cable. (Received September 9, 11.5 a.m.) IvONDON, September 8. The death lias occurred of Mr Justice Bailhache. Thj Hon Sir Clement M. Bailhache had been a judge of the High Court since 1912. He was born in 1856. He practised for some years as a solicitor and was admitted as a barrister of the Middlo Temple in 1889.
