NEW PLYMOUTH, July 17 An old age pensioner pleaded guilty’ to making false statements oi income thereby obtaining a larger pension than that vo which he rightly was entitled. The '’Magistrate issued a warning to pensioners as to the necessity of absolute lionestv in making a •retain of income. He cancelled defendant’s pension for a term of six months.
