ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
TAXICAB AND BICYCLE. There wa«- a collision between a taxi T cab and a bicycle near the stoppingplace for Papanui cars at the corner or Colombo Street and Armagh .Siroot about 6.10 p.m. yesterday. The cyclist had wheeled his machine from the foot-path on to the road, and the taxicab. which was going north, ran into him. Tho bicycle was crumpled, but the cyclist was unhurt RUN OVER BY LORRY. P** P*em Association. AUCKLAND. May 34. AVilliam .Tames Morley. aged 58, a resident of Mount Eden, was killed instantly as a result of being run over by a loaded lorry. He was driving the lorry and lost his balance, falling in front of a wheel. He- leaves a widow aud three grown-up children. DEATH FROM INJURIES. AUCKLAND, May 14. Mrs Mary Ann French, aged 52, died in hospital to-night as a result of- injuries received through being run clown by a motor at Birkenhead last evening. She was rendered unconscious aud sustained a broken leg and head injuries.
