SYDNEY, MYSTERY. SYDNEY, 35 ay it. The body of the woman found at Long Bay is expected to be identified to-day. Last night, while two constables were guarding the body in the scrub, a man was seen creeoin*g towards the spot, but on the constables 'challenging him he bolted and escaped, probably in a light motor truck, as the tracks of sqph a vehicle were traced along the road this morning. A resident close by states that on Saturday night he heard two terrible screams, as though from a woman in agony. Medical examination shows wounds on the body which could not be selfinflicted. D’OISY STILL .GOING ON. LONDON, May -4. A message from Hansi, Tonking, states that Lieutenant d’Oisy has arrived there, on his way to Tokio. TROTTING CASES. This afternoon, in the SupremeCourt, Mr Donnelly and Mr Hanlon addressed the jury. It was expected that the Judge will sum up this evening, after which the jury will retire. CLARENCE BRIDGE. The Automobile Association has received word that the punt at the Clarence has been repaired, and t*rs will be able to cross by-Friday.
