STRIKE ECHO.
SUPERANNUATION RUMOUR Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 14. Referring to the current rumour that the A.S.R.S. had accepted a Government offer to restore superannuation on condition that the society withdraw its affiliation with the Alliance of Labour, local members of the society entirely discredit this, one stating that the Government would not interfere with superannuation. An understanding to this effect had been given before the executive ordered the strike oft.
