FUNDS STOLEN.
TRUSTEE’S OFFENCE. Per Press Association DUNEDIN, January 11. Wilson Hodges, of Invercargill, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court with having, as trustee of the estate of the late Dr Hodges, Port Chalmers, eom-erted £2369 to his own use. He pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
