EDUCATIONAL HOLD UP. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, December 14. Mr J. Wallace, chairman of the Education Board, announced that he will reply to Mr J. Caughlev’s challenge at the January meeting of the board. Mr J. Caughley, Director of Education, invited Mr Wallace to prove or withdraw his statement that the whole education business was lield up by the absence of the Minister of Education and that there was no on© left in authority to do anything.
