TO-DAY'S PROCEEDINGS. PARTNERSHIP DISPUTE. Mr Justice Adams gave judgment in a case between Walter Hill and Q,. Atkinson «*v. George Msjor Wilson* ariein’g out of dissolution of partnership between the three parties ia a sheep station at Marl borough. The partnership was dissolved by consent. An order was rpade for the Registrar to take accounts. Defendant objected to the Registrar’s findings. The case involved interest payable and the value oi the stock and ‘battels. His Honor said that the method adopted by the plaintiffs to ascertain the values at the date of dissolution seemed to be the only practicable one and to be perfectly lair- Defendant was not entitled now to object to that method. 'Jlie question of costs was reserved. Mr J. If. Upham appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr V . J. Hunter for defendant.
