Sir Charles Oman and Lord Hugh Cecil, Conservatives, have been elected to represent Oxford University, with a majority of 240 over Professor Gilbert Murray, the Liberal candidate. In 3922 Lord Hugh Cecil’s majority over Professor Murray was 1591 and Professor Sir C. W. C- Oman’s majority was 753.
