FRESHENING UP.
That “tired look” can spoil the most beautiful face, but there is much that cun be done to remove it, so the woman who values her good looks need not despair if she has to work hard she still may look “ fresh.” After a day’s work, before changing one’s dress for evening festivity, ten minutes’ absolute rest spent in a loose dressing gown on a moderately soft bed ih the best remedy of all. The room must be dark and quiet, and the tired worker must let her mind and bodyrest.
