PROPOSAL TO SEND M’CONACHY HOME. I*4ut Press Association. WELLFN GTON, December 8. A movement is on foot to send M’Conachy Home as New Zealand's representative in the billiard championships early next year. The entrance fee for this event was recently increased from .£SO to £2OO. A meeting is t-o be held here to nominate him and meetings of billiard enthusiasts in Auckland. Christchurch and Dunedin will be asked to endorse tho action.
