Tomato Egg.—Bring a pan of salted water to tlje boil., and break in the egg. Count twenty, and then take up a spoonful of the boiling water and th’-ow it over the yolk of the egg. This will cause the white to close up and hide the yolk completely- If one snoonful does not do it. use several.
