Among th© exotic settings is the interior of a resort known as “ The Club of, the Seven Fangs,” situated in the heart of mystic Bombay. The interior o! this mysterious club was furnished to resemble a harem, with luxurious furnishings, burning incense pots and coloured lights. It was the gathering place for the white people iu Bombay, who found itf it a rendezvous for many purposes. Many a strange love affai; was carried on in it: many a diplomatic intrigue found birth there; and plots, engendered by hate, revenge or poli tiee. were hatched in whispered confer cnees in its safe seclusion.
