(Received December 7, 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, December 6. ■For polling in London there is tine but cold weather. The booths opened at 7 a.m. in many constituencies, in others at b am.. which there has been a ► teady How of voters, lnoetly city men, as the working men mostly vote in tihe evening. It is expected that polliug will be heavy. The results of about 200 out of 564 contests will be declared to-night, including thirty-six in London, with most of the remainder to-morrow, commencing at midday.
