Mr Massey in an article in the “Nineteenth Century’’ on the subject of New Zealand, traces the economic, development of the Dominion. Re describes the present existing conditions and tho success in overcoming war stress and the ability to reduce taxation. He also deals with the meat and dairy combinations and denies that they are socialistic ventures'.
