Coates! will confer tliis evening with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce on the Coleridge and Waimakariri electric power schemes and will explain the view of . the Public Works Department regarding the Christchurch City Council’s | Waimakariri proposal*. The Minister will leave to-morrow for the West Coast.
