MOVIE STAR PORTRAITS.
The “Star,” having been appointed the official moving picture paper for New Zealand, has for distribution a number of photographs 4 of the different actors and actresses appearing in moving pictures. Readers of the “ Star’s ” movie columns ran, therefore, obtain at a cost of threepence each the photographs of their favourite 6tars. This trifling sum l does not nearly cover tho cost of production of the lorti-uts. The names | of the stars w.ll appear in batches, ! and remaining three of the first batch J are as follows 1. Beatrice Joy. 2. .lack Holt. 3. Rodolph Valentine. By forwarding three penny stamps in an envelope addressed to the moving I picture editor of the “ Star/’ readers ' will have forwarded to them a photo- j ' graph of any uf the above artists tliev I I .lesire.
