HIGGINS IN COURT. REMANDED FOR A WEEK. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, October 27. John Higgins appeared before the Court this morning on a charge of murder at Waikino. He was remanded lor a we«k on the application cf tho police. He remained quite calm during the brief proceedings.
