Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., of Auckland has been appointed to act as chairman of a committee to deal with a dispute concerning the working conditions at the Taupiri Coal Company’s mines Mr B. L. Hammond, assistant secre tary of the New Zealand Employers’ Federation, will act as the coal mine owners’ representative on the committee.
