RIVER PIRATES IN CHINA. CAPTAIN WOUNDED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Renter's Telegrraans. (Received October 26, 8.50 a.m.) PEKIN, October 25. The Chinese river steamer Sunning, on route to Hong .Kong, was boarded by pirates on the night of October 23. Captain M’Kechnie was seriouslywounded. The pirates wouuded one and overpowered two of the Indian, guards and escaped with considerable booty.
