Yesterdays a special meeting of the Canterbury Sports Protection Association was held for the purpose of making a presentation to Mr H. C. Harrison, who has been secretary to tho association for twenty-three years, to mark his recent marriage. In making the presentation, which consisted of a Morris chair.
