COLLAPSE IMMINENT.
MANY SURRENDERS AND ARRESTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Reuter's Telegrams. (Received October 25, 9.40 a.in.) ATHENS, October 24. The general collapse of the counterrevolution seems imminent. Numerous arrests and surrenders are reported. Colonel Plastiras has issued a statement in which he considers that the movement in Macedonia has ended, and expresses the opinion that the same will be the case in Peloponessus within a day or two.
