Sir Montague Barlow, Minister of Labour, speaking at Coventry.' said that the pledge given by Mr Bonar Law at the elections that no fundamental change % in the fiscal policy would be made, would be honoured. The development of Imperial preference was now being successfully worked out. However., it was entirely within that pledge.
