INSPECTOR’S APPEAL FAILS.
DISMISSAL CONFIRMED. The appeal against his dismissal from the service of the Tramway Board, which was brought before the Tramway Appeal Boad yesterday by Harold William Moore, formerly an inspector, was dismissed this morning by the board. Mr Alpers apeared for the appellant, ami Mr Upham for the respondent
