TO-DAY’S POULTRY MARKET. The Canterbury Co-operative Poultry Producers. Ltd., report a good entry of poultry for their sale to-day. Table chickens realised 7s to 245, hens 4s to 9s Gd, ducks 7b to 12s 6d, geese 7s to Bb, turkeys 28s to 3<ss, all per pair. THE EGG MARKJiT. The egg market has a very healthy tone at the present time on account of the bakers buying for winter requirements and private people preserving. The Canterbury Co-operative Poultry Producers, Ltd., find no difficulty in quitting their Chain Brand eggs at Is 4d and Is 2d per dozen.
