SEDITIOUS PENSIONERS.
ACTIVE STEP ORDERED. By Telegraph- Press Association —Copyright Reuter's Telegrams. (Received October 12, 11.50 a.m.) DELHI, October 11. The Raj has ordered the Provincial Governments and district military commanders to take strong measures, and to forfeit the military pensions and grants of those persons who are taking part in disloyal and seditious agitations. An active step in this direction is necessary to create confidence and allay the fears of tho loyal soldiers now in the service.
