Captain Cornwell, one of Messrs AYillis, Gann and Co.’s line, arrived in harbour at 10 a.in. yesterday, having made.a good passage of’ ninety--ix days from the Downs, which she left on July 6. She brings 190 Government immigrants, besides several cabin passengers, all oi whom have arrived in good health, and speak well cf the treatment they have received on the voyage. The Royal Stuart is an English-built ship of ten years’ standing, and has proved herself a good sea-going vessel. She brings a moderate amount of cargo, consisting of the usual class of imported goods, suitable for this market.
