May 10 At the last; meeting of the Revolutionary War Council, Trotsky declared that France had loaned Poland 400,000.000 francs with which Poland had increased the manufacture of armaments and strengthened her artillery. Russia, therefore, bad been forced to do likewise. Two classes o-f reserves would also be called up during the coming suminer.
