NOTES.
Owing to the flood in North Canterbury, the Rev \\ . H. Howes, clerk ot the Christchurch Presbytery, was unable to get through to Christchurch this morning, and the bulk of the business of the Presbytery had to be ad journetl till a special meeting next Wed nesday.
