TRAM ACCIDENTS.

THIRTY-SIX IN MARCH. There were thirty-six accidents in com neetion with the tramways during March. Reporting to a meeting of the Tramway Board yesterday, the Works and Traffic Committee stated that the accidents arose from the following causes:—
