A RUSSIAN DECISION. By Telegraph—Pres* Association—Copyright United Service. LONDON, May 5. The All-Russian Church Congress at Moscow decided almost unanimously that bishops should be allowed to marry. The abolition of monasteries was carried by a large majority.
