MISHAP ON WHARF.
HEAVY LOAD FALLS. As the under-carriage structure of a W.A.B. class of locomotive was being hoisted over the scow Kohi by the Harbour Board’s heavy lift crane this morning, the strap gave way and the lift, weighing about 14 f tons, fell heavily, piercing the deck of the vessel. The bulwarks of the vessel were also damaged, and the under-carriage was bent. The Kohi is a scow of about sixty tons.
